Sassy is 10 months old and full of life. Who can resist that face? Sassy should not live with cats but loves male dogs. Here she is playing with her puppy friend Ozzie. Sassy is not going to be a huge girl. She'll probably top out at about 65 pounds at the most.
This 6 year old sweetie is one big goof. He seems to ignore cats, he likes female dogs of all sizes, and he is quite mellow! He's an easy keeper. He'll fit well into a family that doesn't have a lot of time to spend training a dog. 
This beauty is 7 years old. She was dumped by a woman named Dianne Verhage of Nakuya Kennels, who decided to move and leave 5 Malamutes at a kill shelter in Virginia! Flame is a very sweet girl and very timid. It seems quite clear that she was abused. Once she knows you, she'll greet you with kisses and roll over for tummy rubs. She needs a loving person to give her the life she deserves.
Jonas is 2 years old, and a really easy boy. He gets along with cats, kids, and female dogs. Jonas is a big boy, about 130 pounds. This is the kind of dog people stop you on the street to meet.
This boy is perhaps 2 years old and as sweet as they come. He is a nice active boy and would do well in an active household. He loves having baths -- that means lots of attention! -- and playing with his friends Kimba and Sassy.
Nicki is a little "Velcro" dog. She takes terrible pictures! She is very cute. She loves to lean against you for love and enjoys spending time with her people. Nicki cannot live with cats and
should be an only dog.
These 8-month old pups came to us from a Pennsylvania shelter. They were found running lose but their owner refused to take them back. Both are a good ten pounds underweight. They are very happy, affectionate dogs. This
<=== is Niko. What a hairdo he's got! He's about 70 pounds and will probably top out at about 100. Don't let the hair fool you, he is very thin.

He is a real charmer like his brother! He loves car rides and is a terrible flirt. He weighs about 60 pounds but is quite thin. He'll probably weigh about 90 as an adult.
Isis is such a pretty girl! She was dumped at a shelter by her owner who didn't want her any more. She is 6 years old and enjoys being with children. She should be an only dog. She shouldn't live with cats.
Here's another little girl that is under 2. Her owners gave her up due to a divorce. She is lively and very affectionate. She gets along very well with kids from toddlers to teens. No cats, though!
Ozzie is a year old and real pup at heart. He is one of the 5 Mals dumped at a kill shelter in Virginia by a woman named Dianne Verhage of Nakuya Kennels. He was so scared the first week, his tail never came from between his legs. Thanks to his buddy, Sassy, he's learning life can be fun! 
Chewbacca is a lovely 5 year old male. He needs to be an only dog. He is house-trained, charming, and well-behaved -- a real catch!
Avalanche came to us from a back yard breeder who was really a puppy mill. He is just 1 year old and very much a puppy. He is a very friendly, happy boy.
Have you ever wanted a Malamute who could do agility? Then Luke is your boy! He is about 2 years old. He loves to retrieve and will sit very nicely waiting for you to throw the ball. He ignores cats and likes female dogs. He is very focused on people.
icame to us as a stray and is Bisque is about 3 years old. He is very STRONG! He enjoys being with people and seems to like other dogs.
